How to place an order?
- Connect with us over the whatsapp call.
- Share the inputs
- Make the payment
- Incase you have the fabric, we will make arrangements to pick it from you.
- Incase you want us to procure the fabric, we will share fabric images and u can choose options accordingly. However, the selection should be made within 4 hours as we cannot hold the fabric beyond that.
- Post this, a sketch of your outfit will be sent for approval before the production process.
- Upon approval we begin the production.
- It will be packed and sent to you
- The time for each outfit will vary. In case of simple styles like blouses or salwars, it will take about 2 to 3 working days. For complicated styles or dresses, blazers etc it would take Upto 7 to 10 working days. However these things will be discussed during the initial call itself.
Measurements
For measurements you can choose from standard measurement or provide a sample outfit or buy our SMC kit.
SMC kit
This is an innovation of Zingzy to enable easy measurements. It’s easy Velcro which have to be wound around the circumference of the body as shown in the video.
Incase you require the SMC kit, please message us and we will give you complete guidance to use it..
Cancellations
We don’t accept cancellations or returns for tailoring and fabrics. Due to the nature of the craft and customised products its not possible to accept returns or refunds or cancellations for fabric and tailoring.
Responsibility
We strongly believe it’s our responsibility to provide quality product. At the same time since its largely man made its prone to minor issues. However, incase of damaged product or measurement issues we take complete responsibility for the product.
